The Cobra Nogaro Speedster Signature, a low backed fixed back bucket in a fibreglass shell. Part number SPD-GC-SIG.

What Signature means here

The Signature is the finish rather than the structure. The shell, the dimensions and the fitting are the standard Speedster; what you are choosing is the trim treatment and the detailing.

Worth being plain about, because the two seats do the same job in the car. If the interior is being finished properly and the seat is part of that, the Signature is the one to have. If the car is used hard and the seat is there to hold you, the standard Speedster is the same seat underneath.

The low back

Recorded at 700mm tall against 910mm for the full height Nogaros, at 7.5kg, and specified for drivers under 6ft. It suits a low roofline or an open car, and it is not the shell for a tall driver wanting harness slots above the shoulder line.

Fixed back, side mount only, harness slots for a 4 point belt, no head support. Road and Track approved rather than FIA homologated.

Will I fit in this seat?
The maker sizes this seat for drivers over 6ft in height with a 32in to 36in waist. Those are the paper numbers; how a seat actually feels to sit in is a different question, and our showroom team sit in these seats every day, so call us and we will give you the honest answer.

Each seat is built to the specification you choose, which is why the wait is what it is: on average around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the trim and options.

Cobra do not allow queue jumping. Orders are produced in the order they are received, so the earlier yours is placed the earlier it is built.

Made to your specification

Because each seat is made for your order rather than picked off a shelf, a made-to-specification seat cannot be cancelled once it is in production, and our special order terms apply.

Working to a date, or not sure which trim to pick? Ring us before you order. Getting the specification right at the start is far easier than changing it later.
