The Cobra Nogaro Circuit, a fixed back bucket seat in a one piece fibreglass shell. Part number NOGC-GC.

Built for a harness

The Circuit has harness slots cut into the shoulders for a 4 or 6 point belt. That is what separates it from the otherwise identical Nogaro Street, which has none and is made for a standard three point belt.

So the decision is straightforward. If harnesses are the plan now or later, this is the seat. If the car keeps its factory belt, the Street does the same job and the slots would sit unused.

The shell

910mm tall, 560mm wide, 490mm across the base, 710mm deep, at 7.9kg. Side mount only, so it needs side mounts and a subframe rather than bolting to a base mount frame.

Cut for drivers over 6ft with a 32 to 36 inch waist. The long backrest is the reason: it puts the harness slots above your shoulder line rather than below it, which is what a tall driver needs and what most shells fail to do.

Trim and options

Amalfi leather with a Dinamica suede centre, Amalfi with a Tartan centre, or any one or two colour combination in Amalfi or leather. Heated seat and inflatable lumbar support are available at checkout.

Road and Track approved. It does not carry FIA homologation, so it suits fast road and track day use rather than scrutineered competition.

Seat only. Tell us the car and we will match side mounts and a subframe.

Will I fit in this seat?

What do I need to fit it to my car?

Cobra seats are handcrafted in the UK

Each seat is built to the specification you choose, which is why the wait is what it is: on average around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the trim and options.

Cobra do not allow queue jumping. Orders are produced in the order they are received, so the earlier yours is placed the earlier it is built.

Made to your specification

Because each seat is made for your order rather than picked off a shelf, a made-to-specification seat cannot be cancelled once it is in production, and our special order terms apply.

Working to a date, or not sure which trim to pick? Ring us before you order. Getting the specification right at the start is far easier than changing it later.
