The Type T is a white and black vinyl reclining seat. Part number SS 10W, £245 single. White is rare in the Auto Style reclining range; this listing is one of the only ways to get a non-black, non-grey reclining seat without opting for a tartan or stitching detail.
Steel frame, base mount, 345mm x 280mm bolt pattern, sliders included. The reclining backrest is double-sided adjustable, suitable for 3 or 4-point harness. All heights and all waist sizes. The vinyl trim covers both the white seat base sections and the black bolster panels.
Vinyl for a white seat is the practical choice: it wipes clean. Fabric in white would be a maintenance problem. The faux leather surface handles normal wear and cleans without specialist products.
At £245, the Type T sits above the Eco (SS40, £225) and the Type C (SS44Z, £225) but below the RS6-II Vinyl (SS68, £278). The price premium over the Eco is partly the white trim, which costs more to produce and presents a higher-spec finish than a standard black seat.
