These frames are part of our speed+ service. The price is for a pair of  Sparco Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 Direct Fit Sub-frames. These are in stock and available in-store for immediate collection or dispatch.

Product information:

Sparco sub frames are made to fit Sparco seats directly into your Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 6 quickly and easily. We strongly recommend using these when possible for a solid and secured fitment.

  • These subframes are for your Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 made from 1998 to April 2001.
  • We recommend using the Sparco sliding runner kit – which is available from our drop-down menu.
  • These seat frames are handed – please specify which side you require when ordering.

All the Sparco subframes listed will only fit with seats of the same brand. If the sub-frames are used with seats made by other manufacturers correct fitment can not be guaranteed. These sub-frames will only fit base mountable bucket seats and reclining sport seats. They will not fit side mounted seats without adaption bars or side mounts. Please check this when ordering.

Some sub-frames are made up of just runners and brackets, other sub-frames are a complete replacement frame. This will be noted in the options and prices.

The photo shown in purely for illustration purposes as every sub-frame provided for every car is completely different. Some may be adaption bars which are fitted to the exsisting frame to allow the correct seats to fit or some may be complete frames as shown in the photo. If you require more details about each specific frame then please contact us before ordering.

Pricing: Product pricing is for 2 Sparco subframes (fits 2 seats).

What's included?

With over 1000 different frames available for different vehicles and applications, the manufacturer images provided are entirely illustration. What you receive may differ from this image.

What will be in the box? There are several types of seat frames which may be supplied depending on the vehicle and application. You may receive 1 of the following 4 types. If you are using them with a certain seat, please contact us in advance for professional advice.

#1. A full replacement frame with a sliding runner and resisitor kit
#2. A full replacement frame with a sliding runner
#3. A full replacement frame only
#4. An adaption bracket kit

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance  

NOT SUITABLE FOR OEM/FACTORY seats removed from other vehicles

Bolt point tolerances:

Please note that OMP, Sparco and various other brands have a +/- 10mm tolerance on the bolt point locations on each of their sub-frames. This means that when installing the equipment into your vehicle, you may find that one or more of the bolt points may need extending for a perfect fit.

This is normal and, when installed by a skilled professional, it may only add five minutes to the total installation time. A prime example is the OMP Renault Clio MK3 frames and the BMW E46 frames as two bolt points need extending by 5mm in 75% of installations.

Drilling of frames and equipment may be required to complete your installation.

Matching seats and frames:

There are over half a dozen different bolt patterns in the industry for base mounted seats. There are over 30 different bolt patterns for side mounted seats. Aftermarket frames from different brands will have different bolt location points. 

Seats and frames are not a direct fit between brands. Seat frames are also not suitabled for OEM seats (Fitted into a vehicle from the factory) Please ensure to contact us for professional advice before purchasing your seat frames. We will be able to provide you a recommendation as to which seat frame is right for which seat.

If you require fast delivery, please contact us in advance of ordering and we’ll happily check stock allocation and availability for you. We carry a large amount of stock at our showroom and across multiple distribution hubs. This allows us to provide immediate dispatch across a huge number of brands from Corbeau and Cobra through to Sparco and OMP. (Does not apply to all items)
