Eight ways to pay, all of them live at checkout and all of them working the same way in the showroom as they do online. If you want to spread the cost of a seat and harness package, Klarna is at checkout. If you are buying for somebody else, gift cards work sitewide.

01Debit and credit cards
Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, processed through PayPal Advanced Card Processing. You do not need a PayPal account to use it. We never see or store the card number, which is why we cannot take one over the phone.
02PayPal
The full PayPal checkout, including PayPal Finance and Credit if you have it. Fastest option if you already have an account, because the delivery address comes across with it and you are not typing it in again.
03Klarna
Spread the cost over time. Klarna runs the approval, we do not, and the regulated detail is set out at the bottom of this page. Available in the showroom as well as online.
04Apple Pay and Google Pay
Both live, both through PayPal. They appear at checkout on a device and browser that supports them. If you cannot see the button it is nearly always the browser rather than the store.
05Amazon Pay
Pay with the card and address already on your Amazon account. Useful if you are ordering somewhere other than home and cannot remember which card is on file where.
06Super Payments and bank transfer
Pay with Super moves the money straight from your bank at checkout. Direct bank transfer is also available if you would rather do it manually, though goods are not dispatched until it clears.
Spreading the cost with Klarna
A seat, a subframe, a pair of sliders and a harness adds up quickly, and a fair number of people would rather not put the whole lot on a card at once. Klarna sits at checkout for exactly that. Pick it, answer Klarna’s questions, and the decision comes back in seconds.
Klarna makes the lending decision, not us, so we cannot overturn a refusal. It is credit. Missing payments can affect more than this order.
It works in the showroom as well, which is the part most people do not realise. You can sit in a seat, decide on it, and put it on Klarna standing at the counter.
Late or missing repayments may have serious consequences for you and cause you serious money problems. Only take finance you are confident you can service. If you are unsure, the seat will still be here next month.
Gift cards and store credit
Five values, redeemable sitewide, and a good answer to the problem of buying for someone whose taste in seats you cannot second guess.
Gift cards work on everything we sell, so nobody ends up with the wrong shell size because a relative guessed. Enter the code on the checkout page and the value comes off automatically. If the order is worth more than the card, pay the difference with any other method.

What happens to your money on a return
Refunds are issued as store credit by default, as a digital gift voucher applied to your account. It never expires and it works sitewide, so it is there whenever you come back for the next part of the build.
If you would rather have the money back on the card or account you paid with, say so and we will process it that way. There is no form and no argument about it, you just have to ask. Card refunds take three to five working days to land once the return has been signed back in and inspected.
What can and cannot be returned in the first place is a separate question, and the returns and exchanges page covers it. The short version is that nothing which has been fitted can come back.
Paying in the showroom
Card, PayPal and Klarna all work in store exactly as they do online. There is no separate in store price and no card surcharge.

Can I spread the cost?▾
Yes, through Klarna at checkout. Klarna decides whether to approve you, not us. We act as a credit intermediary rather than a lender, which is what the regulated wording at the bottom of this page sets out.
Do you take Apple Pay and Google Pay?▾
Both, through PayPal. They appear at checkout on a device that supports them, so if you do not see one it is usually the browser rather than the store.
Can I pay by bank transfer?▾
Yes. Choose direct bank transfer at checkout and the details come through with your order. Goods are not dispatched until the payment clears, so it is the slowest of the options rather than the fastest.

Is it safe to pay on the site?▾
Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than by us. We never see or store a full card number, which is also why we cannot take card details over the phone and read them into an order for you.
My payment was declined but the money has left my account.▾
That is almost always an authorisation hold rather than a payment, and it drops off on its own within a few working days. Ring us with the order details and we will confirm what actually reached us before you chase your bank.
