The chair in the showroom
The Race Car Executive has the shape of a racing seat: large shoulder wings, a semi bucket seat and two harness style slots in the backrest. It is trimmed in two tones of grey with white piping around the edges, which gives it a sporty look without being loud.
We checked it over when it arrived and were pleased with the quality of the trim and the stitching. It looks right in a home office, and just as right in front of a games setup.
Built for long days at a desk
For all its looks, this is an office chair first. The base is fully height adjustable, with a lever on the right hand side, and the chair has an inbuilt tilting mechanism that lets you rock the backrest forward and back. Armrests come fitted, which makes a difference if you sit at a keyboard for hours.
It comes as a complete unit, with the seat, the base on wheels and the armrests all included, so there is nothing else to buy before you can use it. Because it is here in the showroom, it can go out straight away or be collected, and the limited time discount comes off at the checkout.
