A pair of Corbeau RRS Jacquard Edition reclining sport seats, 960 for the two. Black, with woven jacquard cloth panels and a choice of seven stitching colours. Reclining, base mount, no head support, four point harness compatible, Road and Track approval, any height and any waist.
Jacquard against tartan
Corbeau do the RRS pair three ways: plain at 820, this Jacquard Edition at 960, and the Tartan Edition at 1420. The jacquard is a woven patterned cloth on the centre panels, quieter than tartan and more interesting than plain vinyl, and the stitching in black, blue, green, pink, red, white or yellow is where the colour comes in. Eighteen pairs sold from this page.
Pick the stitching to the car
Seven colours. Blue or red for a Cooper, white for something German, pink for whoever wants it. Say which when you order, since the seats are trimmed to it.
The RRS
The relaxed shape of the three Sportline shells. Tilts for rear access, reclines, takes a four point harness, and holds you without the commitment of a fixed bucket. Suits any height and waist. No armrests.
Options
Heating can be added to the pair. It needs a loom and a switch fitting alongside the seats.
Fitting
Base mount, 291 by 330 or 345 by 271 bolt pattern, steel frames. Seats only, so the vehicle frames are separate. Tell us the car.
Have you written anything about this exact product?
Yes, we have covered this exact product: Customer Car: Subaru Impreza With Corbeau RRS Seats and Planted Technology Brackets, and Corbeau RRS Low Base Seats Fitted Into Our Customers Land Rover Defender. That is first-hand coverage from our own builds and showroom, not brochure copy.
Will I fit in this seat?
The maker lists no driver size restriction on this seat, so it suits the full range of heights and waists. Those are the paper numbers; how a seat actually feels to sit in and climb out of is a different question, and our showroom team sit in these seats every day, so call us with your height and waist and we will give you the honest answer.
What do I need to fit it to my car?
You need the car-specific frame for your vehicle, plus a sliding runner for fore-and-aft adjustment. Tell us your car and we will quote the complete fitting kit in one go. Our sliding runner guide covers the adjustment side.
Does it recline like a normal seat, and what about armrests?
Yes, the backrest reclines, which is the whole point of a sport recliner over a fixed bucket: support in the corners, comfort on the motorway, and access to rear seats. Armrests: not fitted on this model. Our recliner lineup comparison shows how the ranges stack up.
I am a bigger driver. Will it work for me?
Possibly, and it depends on the exact shell rather than the brand. We wrote a straight-talking guide on sport recliners for larger drivers from real showroom fittings, and if you send us your waist and height we will tell you honestly which recliners work at your size.
