Real Race Seat Insert Kits Arrive In-Store

We have had three Poly-Bead resin seat insert kits arrive at our showroom from Real Race in all different sizes. We have sizes 30, 40, and 50-litre kits stocked at our showroom for immediate dispatch or collection from in-store. These kits have everything you need to create the desired profile and shape you want with an easy-to-follow instruction manual included as well.

Real Essential seats are made by positioning the driver on a liner filled with micro poly-beads and a slow-cure resin. The kits are designed to allow the driver to ensure the optimum seating position is achieved by displacing the beads and resin mix (mix features black pigment to ensure the best results) in the liner. Mixing the kit is a straightforward process of using the mixing bottle (included) for optimum results. Curing is achieved by applying a vacuum via an attached valve (using a Vacuum Pump And Hose, see Accessories), allowing the liner to be formed to the desired profile and shape, which is then maintained throughout the curing process.

Real Race Seat Accessory range...

The 3 cell pad allows drivers to control the specific amount of inflation within the 3 cells. During inflation the driver can apply pressure onto the pad therefore directing air to the required areas specifically as air can be directed between the 3 cells.

The Real Race Seats Vacuum Pump and Hose is designed to be used in conjunction with Real Race Seats Poly-Bead Resin Seat Insert Kits. It provides a quick and simple solution for adding/releasing vacuum to liners. It can be operated manually, either by hand or foot. Allows the operator to easily control the flow rate of vacuum applied to the seat liner.
