A 50mm webbing ratchet strap rated to 2,200kg with a snap hook end. Part number MA630-0002. Available in two lengths: 2 metres and 3 metres.

The snap hook clips directly to trailer anchor points or axle-mounted D-rings, which is faster than threading a claw hook around a smooth axle tube. The ratchet mechanism allows controlled tensioning and holds the load securely without the risk of the strap loosening over rough road surfaces. 2,200kg capacity means it is suitable as one of four straps securing most circuit cars on a trailer, when each strap carries approximately a quarter of the vehicle’s axle load.

The 3-metre option is useful for longer trailer beds or when the strap needs to route around a cage, under a sill, or past brake lines to reach a solid anchor point. If both lengths work for your setup, the 2-metre is more manageable when coiled and stored. The lighter 50mm snap-hook option (23L0215, 1,500kg, £15) is available if the lower rating is sufficient for your loads.

TRS harnesses are held in depth

TRS produce in batches and we take deliveries weekly, and we hold large stocks of their most popular models. Most orders go out the same day.

Less common models and colours are a different matter, and can take up to a few weeks.
