The Tillett B3.5 Carbon/GRP Race Car Seat. The B3.5 is a thin ultra lightweight car seat shell to fit in the narrowest of vehicles. It is available in Carbon / GRP and Black / GRP versions and comes with 6 special mounting bolts and Dinamica suede headrest pad. This seat is ideal for use in Prototype sports cars, Formula cars, and racing simulators.

  • By using this light flexible shell it is possible to use the B4 shape in vehicles where the vast majority of sports/race seats would simply not fit. The belt holes in the B3.5 allow a full racing harness to be used (a 5 or 6 point harness is recommended on an inclined seat)
  • Due to its very thin and light construction (1.8kg for the Carbon / GRP version) this seat needs to be used in a vehicle where the seat can be supported high up on the sides and at the headrest. This can be either from the vehicle itself, if it has a roll bar and bulkhead, or from a metal support frame constructed by the customer.
  • The seat is supplied with a Dinamica suede covered headrest pad as standard.
  • Ideal for use in Prototype sports cars, Formula cars, and racing simulators.

If you require fast delivery, please contact us in advance of ordering and we’ll happily check stock allocation and availability for you. We carry a large amount of stock at our showroom and across multiple distribution hubs. This allows us to provide immediate dispatch across a huge number of brands from Corbeau and Cobra through to Sparco and OMP. (Does not apply to all items)

Availability

Tillett seats are custom-made to order due to the specialist nature of the products. These stunning Carbon seats are handcrafted here in the UK. We do not currently stock or display them in our shop as they are special order items.

Current lead times: Tillett seats are currently average delivery times of 8-14 weeks due to hand demand and production capacity. Dispatch times vary and will depend on constantly rotating stock. Please contact us for precise lead times prior to order.

Need them fast?  Please contact us in advance to check our stock and product availability. If we have excess stock of some models, we may be able to dispatch them within a shorter lead time. Speak to us in advance to find out how we can assist.
