The Evo is the standard width shell in Sparco QRT range and the most widely fitted seat in it. If you have seen a Sparco bucket in a club car, it was probably this one. The shape is the compromise the range is built around: narrow enough to hold a normally built driver properly, wide enough that most people fit without ordering the XL.
Construction
Fibreglass with QRT technology, which Sparco quote as around 30 per cent lighter than their standard fibreglass layup. Fixed back, black shell with black stitching, no head support wings. Side mount only.
The QRT seats carry FIA 8855-1999 homologation. Two things follow from that. FIA seats expire on a date tied to when they were made rather than when you bought them, so if you need them to cover a season, ask us to read the date on current stock first. And an approved seat has to be mounted on approved side mounts to keep the approval, so the mounts are part of the job rather than an accessory to it.
What else you need
Side mounts and a vehicle specific sub-frame per seat. Sparco FIA steel side mounts are the usual pairing and they also suit OMP, Cobra and Sabelt shells.
If the Evo shell is too narrow for you, the Evo XL is the large version cut for around a 38 inch waist. Tell us your measurements and we will say which way to go.

What do I need to fit it to my car?
This is a side-mount seat: it hangs between side brackets, the motorsport-style stack with fine height and angle control. You will need the car-specific frame, and a sliding runner if you want fore-and-aft adjustment. How do I know it will feel right, not just fit on paper?
Fair question, because makers publish widths and weights, never feel, and two seats with identical numbers can feel nothing alike in the car.
