Returns and Cancellations

How do I return a product after delivery?

As we operate within an extremely specialised market we strongly recommend that you consider your purchase carefully, as a number of our items are custom made to order, shipped in to customer specification and may come with charges to return them. If for whatever reason you do change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept stocked items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. 

We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product on stocked items, return charges will vary on special order and hand made items which will be outlined during the returns procedure. We have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed including postage and packaging charges for delivery and collection. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card after the items have been returned. 

 We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:

  • You return your product without proof of purchase.
  • There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services; this would include, for example, an airfreighted product from a USA supplier or a seat being made with a custom trim design. 
  • The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged. This includes scuff marks and scratches. 
  • The goods were a special order and/or made to your specification. (This will be outlined on your invoice sent in advance of your products) 
  • Special order items and backorder items fall under section 1 of our terms and conditions which impose a 15% handling charge + P&P charges.

 How can I cancel an order before delivery?

Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery please email us immediately and we'll discuss the cancellation and whether you require an alternative product to be sent to you or a refund.

What happens if a product arrives damaged?

Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product please email us straight away and we’ll discuss a free of charge collection for either a refund or replacement product. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Do not use the product for your own safety 
  • Inform us straight away so we can action this for you. 

What happens if my item is faulty?

We ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the problem and try to provide a solution. if no solution is available we can replace the item free of charge.

We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours of receiving your email.
