How do I fit Cobra seats?
Cobra road seats are made with 4 instalation points on the base of the seat. These can either be bolted directly to any flat surface, to a set of Cobra sliding runners or to a set of Cobra direct fitment frames. Both the Cobra sliding runners and direct fitment frames can be found on our website.
Can I fit them to my exsisting equipment?
The easy answer is no. Correct fitment brackets and frames are the vital link between seat and vehicle. These are not made to work with any one cars specific OEM equipment.
What is included with this seat?
The price is for 1 seat and no fitment equipment is included. These can be purchased separately from our online stire if required.

Cobra Seats - Misano S Reclining Sport Seat
Information: With a choice of visually presented technical materials for the backrest in either pure Carbon or Carbon reinforced aluminium composite, combined with high density precision moulded polyurethane foam, polished stainless steel chassis work and the world's best reclining mechanism at its heart, this seat defines a new category of lightweight reclining sports seats.
The uniqueness of the design lies in the combination of a steel alloy reclining seat base coupled with a composite reinforced backrest, in essence a hybrid of the most advanced motorsport and road seats available today. The coupling of these two parts challenged engineering preconceptions and the solution was found in sourcing the world's finest dual sided infinite recline mechanism with tilt forward memory function and then fusing them to a highly polished stainless steel chassis plates each side of the structure.
Stress loading and zoning of the composite backrest to increase torsional rigidity of the structure enabled engineers to produce a stronger and lighter seat than traditional steel framed recliners with a typical 25% weight saving.
After all of this work it would be sacrilege to hide the technology, so right down to the assembly detail of each of the eight individual stainless steel A2 cap screws and washers, the Misano proudly displays its technical heritage.
Settle into it and you'll become one with the structure immediately. Almost unaware of its existence, the support is secure but non-intrusive. Finite adjustment of the recline angle and the optimum density of the progressive, perfect form polyurethane foam cosset you in unashamed luxury allied with a hitherto unknown level of lateral support from a seat that feels this good.
The Misano embodies the genetic synthesis of composite technology and advanced alloy fabrication, manifested in a highly advanced ergonomic design. Add to this the traditional craftsmanship of some of England's finest automotive trimmers and the Misano becomes an art form, truly unique. No other seat comes close.
